The above Civil Application has been filed seeking amendment to the Civil Revision Application to bring certain documents on record which are relating to the application filed under Order 41 Rule 27 of the CPC by the Applicant whilst the matter was pending before the Lower Appellate Court. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents Ms. Jui A. Nerurkar submits to the orders of this Court. In view of the fact that the amendment relates to certain facts and documents which have occurred whilst the matter was pending before the BGP.

(904)-CAST-30233-15.doc 09.12.2015 Lower Appellate Court, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application so as to permit the averments and the documents to be incorporated in the above Civil Revision Application. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Applicant would be entitled to amend the Civil Revision Application in terms of the amendment sought. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. Amended copy to be served on the other side. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.

List the Civil Revision Application for admission on 12th January 2016. The Learned Counsel for the Respondents states that no precipitative steps would be taken pursuant to the decree till the said date. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
