P.C. :- 1] This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2015 challenging the order dated 12/10/2015 passed by Family Court No.4, Pune, thereby awarding interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.5,000/- per month each for her two children. 2] Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that till today the Petitioner-husband has not deposited a single pai. 1/2

osk 907-wp-11197-2015.odt 3] In such situation when the matter is unnecessarily dragged from 12/10/2015 till date and not a single pai is paid, therefore, in this Writ Petition invoking the extraordinary equitable writ jurisdiction of this Court, this Court cannot grant any relief to the Petitioner.

4] Writ Petition therefore stands dismissed.
