2] This is an application for modification of conditions of bail. 3] In the light of submissions and pleadings, amount of surety to be executed is reduced from Rs 25,000/- to Rs 10,000/-. As prayed, time of 12 weeks is granted to furnish surety for the aforesaid amount. Till then, Applicant shall be released on following conditions:- (i) Applicant shall file an undertaking to the Trial Court that he shall be furnishing surety within 12 weeks from the date of his release. 1/2

29 IA-305-2022.doc (ii) Father of the Applicant shall furnish an undertaking to the Trial Court that he shall be responsible for ensuring attendance of the Applicant in the trial.

(iii) For a period of 12 weeks, Applicant shall be released on cash surety of Rs 10,000/-.
