The applicants were granted bail by Sessions Court vide order dated 1st October 2018 on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties each in the like amount in Crime No.113 of 2018. The offences were registered under Sections 308, 294, 114 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code r/w Sections 11(2), 12, 17, 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 r/w Sections 33(1), 131 of Maharashtra Police Act r/w Sections 3, 8(1), (2), (3), (4) of the Maharashtra Prohibition of Obscene Dance in Hotels, Restaurants and Bar Rooms and Protection of Dignity of Women (Working therein) Act, 2016 with V.P.Road Police Station. The applicants preferred application for modification of the said order before the Sessions Court praying that for a temporary period, the applicants be released on cash bail. The said application was rejected on 3rd October 2018.

It is submitted that for a temporary period, the applicants may be permitted to furnish cash security.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the applicants are permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each for a period of four weeks. During the said period, the applicants shall complete the process of furnishing sureties as directed by the Sessions Court vide order dated 1st October 2018. Criminal Application No.550 of 2018 stands disposed off. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order issued by registry of this Court. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
