As requested leave to withdraw the application with liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is unduly delayed and /or not over by 31.8.2015. Trial Court is hereby directed to complete said trial in which charge is said to have been framed at the earliest and in any event by 31.8.2015 saving just exceptions. The Applicant on his part shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the trial as ordered.
