At the outset, Mr.Kadam on instructions makes a statement that he is restricting this petition so far as the challenge to the Lookout Notice / Red Corner Notice issued against the petitioner. Statement is accepted. 3.
Mr.Kadam on instructions further makes a statement that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear 1/2
16) wp4428-14 before the 47th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai within a period of three weeks from today and apply for cancellation of the Non Bailable Warrant which is issued in CC No.1900213/PW/2010 arising out of the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.5/2009 registered with the Economic Offences Wing, Unit 1, CB, CID, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Statement is accepted.

In order to enable the petitioner to appear before the 47th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai, we direct that the Lookout Notice / Red Corner Notice which is issued against the petitioner by the CBI, shall be kept in abeyance for a period of three weeks from the date of this order.

Subject to above, the petition is disposed of. All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
