Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 12th December 2018 the Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/­ in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune on 20th December 2018. 2.

That being so, ad­interim order passed by this Court in favour of the Applicant is confirmed for the reasons recorded therein and on same conditions. In addition, the Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
