Mr. Parmar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, after arguing the Bail Application for some time and as the Court is not inclined to grant bail, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. 3.

The Applicant is incarcerated for more than 1 year and 5 months. Accordingly, the Applicant is granted liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of eight months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
