After arguing the Bail Application for some time, as the Court is not inclined to grant the bail, Mr. Gharge, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 3.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
