This is an application for permitting the applicants to amend C.R.A. by bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No.2 (since deceased). By order dated 28.08.2015, leave to amend so as to bring legal representatives of respondent No.2 on record was granted. In paragraph 5 of the application, it is stated that respondent No.2 died leaving behind minor son Sahil alias Sadil Ashfaq Maldar and his guardian Ashfaq Nazaruddin Maldar, who is the grandson of the respondent No.2. 3.

In view therefore and for the reasons stated in paragraph 5 of the Application, Civil Application is 1/2

CAC280_16.doc allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main C.R.A. shall be carried out on or before 17.06.2016.
