By this application, the applicant/appellant has prayed for permitting to delete name of respondent no.4 from the array of parties in the First appeal. It is stated that respondent no.4 is the wife of the applicant and her whereabouts are not known since last more than 14 years.

Considering the averments as made in this application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

Civil application is accordingly disposed of in above terms.No costs.
