The Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. I 101 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 376(2), 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The applicant claims to have married to the victim Kumari Shanti and has placed on record the marriage certificate in appropriate form. It is claimed that the marriage was performed on 15th May, 2015 and registered on 3rd February, 2016. The above referred factual matter is not in dispute.

In view of above, looking to the allegations as are made in the FIR, in my opinion the custodial interrogation of the

ssk 2/2 Cri. ABA 1919/16-15/11 applicant is not called for. In the event of the arrest of the applicant in Crime No. I 101 of 2015 registered with the nonapplicant, be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount and shall attend the police station as and when called. The application is allowed in the above terms. [ N. W. SAMBRE, J.]
