P.C. :- P.C. :- The above Petition is filed for quashing of the proceedings being Sessions Case No.186 of 2017 arising out of the FIR registered with the Uttam Nagar Police Station, Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 306 of the IPC. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that the application for discharge filed by the Petitioner has been rejected by the Sessions Court. Having regard to the said fact, the relief sought by the Petitioner by way of the above Writ Petition cannot be acceded to. The Writ Petition is dismissed.

Needless to state that if any proceedings are filed Shivgan
