Perused the Interim Application. This Application has been filed for seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 9506 of 2014 which came to be dismissed vide order dated 30.06.2022.

Perusal of the order reveals that it is a self operative order which levies cost of Rs. 5,000/- on the Applicant / Petitioner and further states that if any application for restoration is preferred, Registry to ensure that the direction to pay costs is duly complied with. Mr. Joglekar submitted that the costs have been duly paid. He has produced copy of the receipt which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
