P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the petitioners, upon taking instructions from the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, because the impugned order therein was made in R.A.E. & R. Suit No. 240/495 of 1995. The said suit has itself been disposed of. As such, this petition is rendered infructuous.

2] Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order in the appeal, which has already been instituted against the order made in R.A.E. & R. Suit No. 240/495 of 1995.

3] Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty as aforesaid. This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
