By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner is, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "(a) Issue a writ or any order or direction directing Respondent No. 2, Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune to hear and decide the RTS Revision filed by the Petitioner challenging the judgment and order dated 30.04.2020, passed by the Respondent No. 3 District Superintendent of Land Records, Satara in expeditious manner." 2.

We direct Respondent No. 2 to give a hearing to the concerned parties including Respondent No. 5 and after considering their oral as well as written submissions, if any, dispose of Appeal S.R. No. 5368/2021 filed on 01.04.2021 within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

The Petitioner is also granted liberty to move Respondent No. 2 with an Application seeking ad-interim / interim reliefs.
