2] Considering the averments made in the application, the Civil Application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to bring on record the Applicant Nos.3(a) to 3(c) as legal heirs of deceased Applicant No.3.

3] The Applicants to carryout necessary amendment within two weeks.
