By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 20th July, 2018 passed by the learned trial judge exhibiting some of the documents tendered by the plaintiff after hearing both the parties. It is the case of the petitioners (respondent nos. 5 to 7) that though the specific objection had been raised by the petitioners in respect of some of the documents when tendered by the plaintiff, the learned trial judge has not specifically dealt with those objections while exhibiting those documents by the order dated 20th July,2018.

A perusal of the said order indicates that the learned trial judge has given brief reasons as to why those documents were marked as

I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. The petitioner can raise this as one of the ground along with the final judgment and decree if passed against the petitioners under section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with this clarification. No order as to costs.
