By this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking limited relief, direction to Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai to decide the Transfer Review Application No. 15 of 2016 filed on 23.06.2013 as early as possible.
