This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 27 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 4.7.2010 passed by MACT, Nashik in MACP No.635 of 2010.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following Mohite 1/2
