Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the co-accused have been enlarged on bail by the Sessions Court. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court for bail.

If such an application is filed before the Sessions Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that I have not considered the matter on merits.
