The learned APP state that the applicants are issued with a notice under section 41-A of Cr.P.C, but barring applicant no.2 the others have failed to report to the Investigating Officer. 2.
In furtherance of the notice it is expected that the applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of one week from today.

The Investigating Officer in case if he is desirous of effecting the arrest shall record reasons to that effect and issue 48 hours advance notice.
4.
Application is disposed off.
