Learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make an appropriate application to the Protection Branch of Mumbai Police and the Extortion Cell of Mumbai Police in respect of the grievance raised in this petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

In the event, the Petitioners make such application, the Protection Branch / Extortion Cell of Mumbai Police shall look into the allegations and shall take necessary action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
