This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to the Respondent by Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai on 09.07.2013 in Bail Application No. 1334 of 2013 in C.R. No. 110 of 2013.

Heard the learned APP. Perused the record.

The learned Trial Court has granted bail to the Respondent on the ground that, he was arrested on 25.04.2013 and since then he was in custody. That, investigation of the present crime is already completed and the police have submitted charge-sheet. The impugned order is passed on 09.07.2013 and there is no report that the Respondent misusing the bail granted to him. In view thereof, this Court is of the opinion that the impugned order does not suffer any error either in law or on facts. Application is accordingly, rejected.
