By this application, the Applicant has sought relaxation of condition No.(ii) of paragraph No.6 imposed vide order dated 17/12/2015. By the said order, the Applicant was granted bail and one of the conditions was that she should attend Malvani Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. It is seen that over seven years have lapsed since the date the Applicant was granted bail. It is stated that the trial has commenced and that the Applicant is appearing regularly before the Sessions Court, Dindoshi. 2.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 1/2
Megha 37_ia_3905_2022.doc application is allowed. condition No.(ii) of paragraph 6 of order dated 17/12/2015 to attend Malvani Police Station on first Monday of every month is dispensed with. Needless to state that the Applicant shall continue to appear before the Sessions Court on every date of hearing. 3.
