Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks permission to withdraw the Application. He submits that though the charge sheet was filed in July 2010 and charge was framed in August 2010, not a single witness has been examined and therefore, a direction be issued to the trial court to expedite the trial.

We dispose of the Application as withdrawn. It will be open for the Applicants to make an application to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial. If such application is made, we are sure that the trial Court will pass appropriate order considering the facts that after the charge was framed on 4 August 2010 not a single witness is examined. All contentions are kept open.
