Learned A.G.P. submits that under section 6B of the Bombay Home Guards Act, 1947 the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy to file appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that show-causenotice as to why petitioner should not be terminated has already been issued to the petitioner. We clarify that no further orders be passed against the petitioner without providing him opportunity of hearing. Petitioner is at liberty to resort to alternate remedy. We direct that in case the petitioner approaches the appellate authority within two weeks, the
skn 2/2 10644.14-wp.sxw appellate authority shall pass appropriate order on the appeal within four weeks from the date of filing of appeal. Petitioner shall co-operate with the hearing of appeal.

With the aforesaid observations, petition is disposed of. 4.
