Mr. Shelke submitted that the Suit instituted by the petitioners in the year 1984 was decreed on 16.03.1990. First Appeal was decided in favour of the petitioners on 19/20th July 2001 and the S.L.P. was dismissed on 16.08.2013. As the decree is confirmed, petitioners filed Regular Darkhast No.106 of 2013 before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangli. He submitted that having regard to the fact that the Suit is instituted in the year 1984, the learned trial Judge may be directed to dispose of the application at exhibit-109 filed in Regular Darkhast No.106 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible. 1/2

In view thereof, the learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the application at exhibit-109 filed in Regular Darkhast No.106 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within three months from the production of the authenticated copy of this order. 4.

Petition is disposed of.
