The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.276 of 2016 for the offences punishable under sections 420, r/w. 34 of the I.P.C. The applicant upon perusal of the F.I.R. and other material it depicts that the applicant is involved in the crime in question as he has promoted the complainant and other persons to invest in favour of the company of Mr. Santosh Bhavsar who has cheated all the investors. There appears to be prima facie involvement as the applicant being link for such investment to be inferred from the investigation papers. No case is made out. The application is rejected. (N.W.
