Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a Revision Application under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. He agrees that the revision application will be filed within two weeks from today. He will also approach the respondent no.1 and would make a without prejudice proposal for resolving the dispute amicably. The statement is accepted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.

The society shall not take any coercive steps against the 1/2
