Charge - sheet is fled. Applicant was arrested. The matter is committed to the Court of Sessions and the case is kept for framing of charge. In this circumstances, the question of subjecting applicant to custodial interrogation does not arise. The interim order passed by this Court on 10th October, 2019, stands confrmed. Application is disposed of.
