The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in the peculiar facts will make an appropriate application for regularization along with representation to the Corporation within three weeks from today.

In case an application for regularization along with representation is received, the Corporation will deal with the said

11-wp-12826-17.doc application along with representation on its own merits by making thorough scrutiny of the documents/papers. The concerned authority of the Corporation is entitled to hear the affected parties/persons. The decision be taken by the Corporation, in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application for regularization along with representation and the same be communicated to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, petition is disposed of.
