By this application, the applicants seek quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No. 165/2016 with the Palghar Police Station, Palghar, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 120B, 199 and 200 of the Indian Penal Code. SQ Pathan 1/2

12-APL-1085-2017.doc Learned A.P.P states that the police have investigated the said C.R, and after investigation, have filed a `C'-Summary report before the appropriate Court. Learned A.P.P has tendered a xerox copy of the said report. The same is taken on record. We are informed that the original complainant i.e. the respondent No. 2 has expired in the interregnum.

In view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives for consideration in the present application, which seeks quashing of the FIR. Application stands disposed of accordingly. S. M. MODAK, J.
