The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India they are challenging the order dated 20.10.2015 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Miraj in Regular Civil Suit No. 254 of 2005. He submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, Regular Civil Suit No.254 of 2005 is already decided by the Trial Court. Hence, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
