Let the PIL Petitioner file a detailed Affidavit in Rejoinder denying the contents of the Affidavit in Reply and also pointing out that despite categorical assertions the beneficiaries of a old pension scheme, though identified, have not been paid the amounts in terms of the office memorandum of the Central Government. If the complaint is that despite receiving funds from the Central Government, the disbursal thereafter is not accordance with a Central Government Scheme and several genuine and bonafide beneficiaries are left out, then we would expect the Petitioners to file its Affidavit and set out specific details of excluded genuine bonafide beneficiaries. If no Affidavit of this nature is filed within four weeks from today, the Public Interest 1/2
