Ms. Krishnappa states that inadvertently she appeared for appellant on 8th June, 2022 and in fact, her matter was another matter. Ms. Krishnappa, therefore, requests that her appearance be deleted in the order dated 8th June, 2022. 2.

The order be accordingly corrected.

This would mean that nobody appeared for appellant on 8th June, 2022. Even today, nobody is present for the appellant. 4.

Appeal dismissed.
