The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the non-appearance of the Advocate on 17th June, 2015, when the Petition was listed for final hearing. The companion Petition being Writ Petition No.3534 of 2000 which was also dismissed has already been restored by virtue of order dated 26th November, 2015, in which order the year in the date has been erroneously mentioned as 2011. In view of the fact that the companion Petition has already been restored the above Writ Petition bearing No.3539 of 2000 would also have to be restored

CAW.3033/2015-WP.3539/2000(12) and accordingly the Civil Application is allowed. 2.

List the above Writ Petition along with the Writ Petition No. 3534 of 200 in the week commencing 4th April, 2016. 3.

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 4.

The Applicant to pay costs of Rs.2000/- to the Respondent within 4 weeks from today.
