Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application. 2.

The co-accused Rohit Vijay Verma @ Varun Makhani has been enlarged on bail by an order dated 08/09/2023 passed by the trial Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is seeking parity with him. The applicant was arrested on 25/08/2023.

The applicant is at liberty to file an application for bail before the trial Court seeking parity with the co-accused 1/2

Darshan Patil 952-ba-3064-23.doc Rohit Vijay Verma @ Varun Makhani. The applicant is also at liberty to file an application for bail before the trial Court after the charge-sheet is filed. Learned APP submitted that in any case, the charge-sheet is likely to be filed in the next few days.
