Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner-husband and the Respondent-wife. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the marital relation came to be dissolved between the spouses by amicable settlement to get the decree of divorce. The application for the consent divorce has been filed before the learned Family Court pursuant to which final decree for dissolution of marriage between the spouses was passed on 24.05.2018. In view of divorce in between the spouses as per the order passed by the learned Family Court, both the learned counsel submits that the Writ Petition be disposed of.
