This is an Application for restoration of the PIL, which was dismissed for non-prosecution. From the prayers made in the PIL, perhaps with the passage of time, the same may not survive. If the cause of action for filing the PIL continues even as of today, it will be open for the Applicant to file a fresh PIL. We, however, make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the locus of the Applicant. 2.
