By an letter dated 26 th November, 2019, the Municipal Corporation has agreed to hand over to the Petitioner alternate premises being Gala Nos.2 and 3 in Millenium Heights, in front of Haridwar Apartment, Ground Floor, Ulhasnagar (the said premises). The Petitioner too has agreed to accept the said premises as permanent alternate premises. The letter dated 26 th November, 2019 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Municipal Corporation and the Petitioner undertake to comply with the necessary formalities within a period of four weeks from today and thereafter forthwith hand over possession of the said Pg 1 of 2

In view of this order, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
