After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that since respondent nos.2 to 6 have already kept one post of open category in grade II vacant and since the main complaint of unfair labour practice can itself be disposed of in a time- bound manner, the petition may be disposed of in terms of the following order. It is accordingly ordered as follows :

O R D E R

(i) Respondent nos.2 to 6 shall keep one post of open category in Grade-II vacant till Complaint (ULP) No.30 of 2017 is heard and decided by the Industrial Court, Satara. (ii) The Industrial Court shall hear the parties and decide the complaint as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six months from today. Parties are directed to expeditiously complete their pleadings, if not already completed, within a period of two weeks from today.
