The learned APP state that on 30/07/2022 the three applicants who are arraigned as accused in C.R. No. 747 of 2022 are issued notice under section 41-A of Cr.P.C but none of them Ashish Mhaske

2/2 14 ABA 3067.22.doc have reported to the police station despite they having received the notice.

The learned counsel for the applicants state that the applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today.

Upon their attendance, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., and record reasons in writing in case if he is desirous of effecting arrest of the Applicants.

The Investigating Officer shall also give advance notice of 72 hours in case he comes to the conclusion that custodial interrogation of the Applicants is necessary. 4.

All the Applications are disposed off.
