Apprehending arrest in Crime No. 10 of 2016 registered with the Bhandup Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 426, 464, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the

* 2/4 * Indian Penal Code at the instance of Vijay S. Sharma, applicant had approached the Learned Sessions Judge and sought pre-arrest bail. In all, there are five accused in the subject crime. The applicant was granted ad-interim relief by the Learned Sessions Court on 4th February, 2016, a copy of which is at page-56. That after hearing the applicant and the respondents, the Learned Sessions Court rejected the said application and hence the applicant has approached this Court.

Heard Learned Counsel for the applicant and Learned APP for the State.

Perused the FIR. Perused the order dated 4th February, 2016. Also perused the order passed by this Court dated 13th October, 2017 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1838 of 2017 wherein the remaining four accused in the very FIR are granted interim protection by this Court.

That considering the facts and circumstances of the case and after perusing the documents placed on

* 3/4 * record, the following order is passed :-

O R D E R

(i) Until further orders, in the event of his arrest in Crime No.10 of 2016 registered with the Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 424, 426, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code at the instance of Vijay Sikandar Sharma, the applicant shall be released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- only (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) and on furnishing surety in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to the Police
