Mr. Kanchanpurkar, learned Advocate for Applicants on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of present Application, Police have completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Competent Jurisdiction.

He therefore on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.

It is made clear that, this Court has not adjudicated the issue involved in the present Application and Applicants are at liberty to agitate 1/2
