This is an application for early hearing of criminal Revision Application No.141 of 2017.

The revision application has been admitted by order dated 11th June, 2019.

It is submitted that the applicant is a senior citizen aged about 72 years. He is the original complainant. The accused was Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

2022.07.05 14:41:07 +0530 convicted for an offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Instruments Act. However, the compensation and fne was not

rpa 2/2 37ia306of2022.doc imposed against him. The applicant than preferred an Appeal before the Sessions Court. The Appellate Court had imposed fne of Rs.20,000/-.

Considering the fact that the revision applicant is a senior citizen aged about 72 years and original complainant, this application will have to be allowed.

Revision Application No.141 of 2017 be listed at bottom of the admission Board for fnal hearing on 28th July, 2022. Interim Application No.306 of 2022, is disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
