Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

This is subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. On 9/2/2017 this Court had recorded that the trial in Sessions Case No. 258 of 2013 has commenced and on that day one witness was already examined. The trial was in progress and hence, the application was rejected. The present application is filed on 3rd October, 2018. Learned Counsel submits that he has no instructions about the progress of the trial. In any case, no new ground has been carved out for considering an Talwalkar
