Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received a letter from the petitioner in which it has been mentioned that the dispute is settled amicably in between the spouses and they mutually agreed to cohabit with each other. He placed the letter of the petitioner on record which is marked 'X' for identification. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 2.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances of settlement of dispute amicably in between the spouses, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
