This is an application for relaxation of condition no.2 in order dated 19.10.2015 passed by this Court. The applicant is an accused in CR No.331 of 2013 registered with Chembur Police Station under Sections 302, 326, 324, 504, 506(2), 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code. By an order dated 19.10.2015, the applicant was released on bail by imposing certain conditions. The condition no.2 is that, the applicant will be enlarged on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that

2/2 appp.934-2015.sxw the applicant is a slumdweller and though he has been ordered to be released on bail, till date he could not get one or two solvent sureties in the like amount to secure the bail. He therefore submits that the said amount may be reduced which will facilitated the applicant to avail the bail.

In view of the above, the condition no.2 in para-13 of the order dated 19.10.2015 is hereby modified and the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
