Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the proposed respondents who are the legal heirs of the respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the proposed respondents states that his clients have no objection if the delay as prayed is condoned and his clients are impleaded as party- respondent nos.2(a) to 2(e) in place of the original respondent no.2. Statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the respondents through their respective advocate including the newly added parties within one week thereafter. No order as to costs.
